This is a three-hour seminar discussing New Hampshire's "Stand-Your-Ground" law. Until 2010, the Granite State required a person to retreat in the face of a threat, if able to do so with complete safety. In 2010 Senate Bill 88 changed that required. HOWEVER, that change was done simply by adding a phrase to the current law, resulting in the law being poorly written overall.
 This seminar will dig into the "nuts and bolts" of stand your ground, talk about how the law in its strict application will impact you, if (God Forbid) you find yourself before the criminal justice system.
