MEMBERSHIP TERM: ONE FULL YEAR. The annual term for club membership is from January 1 through December 31 of each year. The Renewal Period commences on September 15 of every year and ends at midnight, November 30 of each year. (76 days). On December 1 of each year, late renewals will commence and then conclude at midnight on December 31  of each year, (30 days). LFGC provides a total of 106 days for renewal. As of midnight on December 31, any member not renewed will have voluntarily relinquished club membership.  Those failing to renew their membership will be need to remit to the wait list on March 1, behind wait list members present on the list.

FAILURE TO TIMELY RENEW MEMBERSHIP: No waivers or exceptions are made in cases where members did not renew by December 31 at midnight.

The membership RENEWAL categories and fees are shown below as follows:

RENEWAL TERMS, CONDITIONS AND WAIVERS: Membership dues is determined by club operating expenses, Debt Service, Professional Fees and costs directly associated with Club operations. Membership dues increases are strictly determined by all operating expenses and capital projects. When an increase is tendered, The increase is noticed to the general membership the prior year in advance of The renewal cycle that following year of the increase. The Board and Officers will work with members who have a financial challenge affecting the ability to renew, but only up to December 1. Work Party credits will never be applied retroactively.

 CERTAIN DENIALS OF RENEWAL: No right to membership shall vest. Memberships renew on the basis that the member has fulfilled and complied with all obligations and requirements set forth in the original membership and continues to be of good behavior. The Board and Officers retain and exercise full discretion in the narrowest of circumstances to block a member from renewal due to multiple rule infractions, patterns of misconduct or failure to continue to be suitable, such as criminality.

 If renewal is denied, it becomes the burden of the member to timely appeal to the full board to request a waiver of the block. Waivers are only granted by assent of a majority of the Board and Officers. Failure to address the block prior to November 30, will serve as notice that the member has waived his right of redress and will not be renewed.

NOTICE OF RENEWAL: PERIODS AND RENEWAL REMINDERS: Reminders commence in the monthly Meeting minutes that are sent mid-month of every month beginning in June of each year. The few members who will not receive notices, having chose to unsubscribe from LFGC mail list will not be given waivers to renew after the above-stated periods. Other notices given also include:

• Separate and inclusive emails reminding members when renewal periods will begin.
• Notices on the front page of the LFGC Website.
• Notices on LFGC Social Media accounts.
• Signage placed throughout the club grounds giving notice to members for renewal dates.

OTHER TERMS FOR RENEWAL:  Each Member renewing shall ensure that their member profiles are Up to date and correct addresses shown to ensure timely receipt of new membership badge.

IN PERSON RENEWAL SESSIONS (LUDDITE NIGHT): The Board and Officers, in their discretion, may offer certain dates and times for members to come to the Londonderry Fish & Game Club to renew members in person. This is the only time and circumstance where cash payments are accepted for membership renewals. AT NO TIME, will LFGC accept Renewal Dues payments at a monthly club meeting.

DATA MANAGEMENT: At no time will a member delete or omit his or her data from the membership profile for any reason. A complete profile is a material term of membership and continued membership.
