CALL TO ORDER:

Carl Lamontagne, board member, called the meeting to order at 7:30 PM. There were 30 members in attendance. Carl led us in The Pledge and in a moment of silence for our troops overseas.

OPENING REMARKS:

Dick Tracy, club VP, thanked members for their cooperation with the interruption of range activities while maintenance is being performed on the berms.

Donations:

• Alan Lutz donated a leather pistol holster.

REVIEW OF MEETING MINUTES:

Steve Cox read the Secretary’s report from November - It was accepted as read without alterations or corrections.

TREASURER'S REPORT:

Bob Boilard read the Treasurer's report from November– It was accepted as read without alterations or corrections.

OLD BUSINESS:

• Regular renewals ended at the end of November with 1417 members renewing. A late fee of $100 will be applied to renewals made in December. No renewals will be accepted after December. The locks will be changed after the range closes on December 31.
• If you have renewed your membership, and have not received your 2022 card and key, please contact a club officer.
• The berm at the 50 yd utility range is being improved. A driveway is being crated over the top of berms to create access all the way to the 200 yd range.
• The trap range has new batteries. Solar panels will be installed to supplement the generator for charging batteries.

NEW BUSINESS

Nominations were taken to fill expiring terms of club officers and board members.

For Treasurer: Bob Boilard nominated for a 2 year term

For President: Rick Olson nominated for President for the remaining 1 year of the open position

For VP: Carl Lamontagne was nominated for a 2 year term.

Dick Tracy chose not to accept a nomination for VP.

For Board of Directors: Dick Tracy, Bob Boilard, and Carl Lamontagne were nominated for 3 year terms.

All other officers and board members have 1-2 years left on their terms.

• Because no open positions are being contested, there will not be a vote by members in the January meeting.
• NH Fish and Game hunter-ed is still on hold. It was suggested that those interested take the online course for Texas, where no field day is required, and use it to obtain a hunting license in NH.
• It was noted that longtime member, Don Blouin, passed away.

ADJOURNMENT:

A motion to adjourn was made at 8:23 PM...Seconded, passed, meeting adjourned.

The next meeting is scheduled for January 4, 2022 @ 7:30 PM
