CALL TO ORDER:

Rick Olson, board chairman, called the meeting to order at 7:30 PM. There were 29 members in attendance. Rick led us in The Pledge and in a moment of silence for our troops overseas, and for first responders.

OPENING REMARKS:

On Wednesday Oct 6 @ 3:30-5PM there will be an event at the clubhouse with General Flynn and General Don Bolduc who is running for the US senate.

REVIEW OF MEETING MINUTES:

Steve Cox read the Secretary’s report from September - It was accepted as read without alterations or corrections.

TREASURER'S REPORT:

Bob Boilard read the Treasurer's report from September – It was accepted as read without alterations or corrections.

OLD BUSINESS:

• For the new clubhouse: The Will-Serve Letter has been issued by Eversource, the septic design has been approved, and well water will have to be tested once a well is driven.
• Dave Caikauskas spoke about the new backhoe. Dave has already fixed the berm at the 25 yd training.
• Renewals for 2022 begin September 15 and end November 30. The renewal amount is $165, seniors (65 and older) $65. The work credit has been raise to $50. A late penalty of $100 will be charged to those who renew during the month of December. A PayPal fee will be added to all PayPal transactions. No renewals will be accepted after December. Wait-list names will be pulled to fill any vacancies after all regular renewals are completed.

Renewals can be submitted online, via US Mail (PO Box 229, Londonderry 03053), or in person at the club house during TBD designated times. No renewals will be accepted at regular monthly club meetings.

NEW BUSINESS

• An update of the eagle scout project was discussed.
• The pig roast has been tentatively scheduled for September Sept 17, 2022.
• If you renewed your club membership in September and have NOT received your card and key, please notify a club officer.
• The LFGC has been in the spotlight lately because of stray bullets hitting private properties in Litchfield. The origin(s) of the projectiles remains undetermined.
