CALL TO ORDER:

Rick Olson, board chairman, called the meeting to order at 7:30 PM. There were 36 members in attendance. Rick led us in The Pledge and in a moment of silence for our troops overseas, Ed Bouche's family, and for first responders.

OPENING REMARKS:

It was announced that Ed Bouche, sitting Club President, passed away. Donations will be accepted in Ed's name for the Boy Scout Venture Crew. A motion was made and accepted to name the new club house after Ed Bouche.

Donations:

• Nick Mills donated 2 boxes 22lr
• The HCRC donated 3 boxes 45 ACP, 2 boxes 9 MM and 3 boxes 7.62x 51
• Robinson Smith donated 2 boxes of 9 mm

REVIEW OF MEETING MINUTES:

Steve Cox read the Secretary’s report from July - It was accepted as read without alterations or corrections.

TREASURER'S REPORT:

Bob Boilard read the Treasurer's report from July – It was accepted as read without alterations or corrections.

OLD BUSINESS:

• The range rules for the Axe/Knife throwing range were adopted after a motion and a unanimous vote.
• The Londonderry Planning Board will discuss the proposed new clubhouse at the planning board meeting on August 4.
• A memorial service for Ed will be held in Woburn, MA at 4 -7 PM on 8/4/21.
• Not many pig roast tickets have sold. 22 as of August 3 for the August 14 pig roast. People can sign up on Eventbrite. First responders get free tickets. Volunteers are needed.
• A raffle for a Ruger 10/22 will be held at the pig roast.

NEW BUSINESS

• Board Member resignation: Mark Gashi resigned his seat for health reasons. A replacement is being discussed.
• VP Dick Tracy thanked club members for donations collected for him while he recovered from surgery.
• Renewals for 2022 begin September 15 and end November 30. The renewal amount is $165, seniors (65 and older) $60. The work credit has been raise to $50. A late penalty of $100 will be charged to those who renew during the month of December. A PayPal fee will be added to all PayPal transactions. No renewals will be accepted after December. Wait list names will be pulled to fill any vacancies after all regular renewals are submitted.

Renewals can be submitted online, via US Mail, or in person at the club house during TBD designated times. No renewals will be accepted at regular monthly club meetings.

• A discussion was had about replacing PayPal with a more 2A friendly concern.
• Chis McRae stated that the HCRC machine gun shoot had 200+ paying participants.
• Dennis Green sold raffle tickets to raise money for the Kingston republican party.
