THIS SESSION IS A REMEDIAL SESSION. YOU ARE RECEIVING THIS LINK BECAUSE YOU DID NOT COMPLETE ALL THE MEMBERSHIP REQUIREMENTS ON OR BEFORE JANUARY 7.
AFTER ENROLLMENT HERE, WE MAY OFFER YOU AN OPPORTUNITY TO ATTEND A SESSION WHERE THERE ARE OPENINGS.
ORIENTATION SESSIONS: Enrollment in a New Member Orientation Session is a basic membership requirement. No membership shall vest without full completion of New Member Orientation. There are five (5) Sessions Offered, the first four are as shown below and the fifth session is for those who winter in the south more than 120 days annually. The Snowbird session will additionally require satisfactory proof of alternate residency prior to January 7. The cost for all sessions is $30.00 (non-refundable)
Inbounding Members shall enroll in one of the four Orientation Sessions shown above, unless otherwise eligible for the Snowbird Session. Those who have not scheduled for Orientation by January 7, WILL BE DROPPED AND REFUNDED WITHOUT FURTHER NOTICE.
THIS SESSION IS A REMEDIAL SESSION.
ORIENTATION NO-SHOWS: Orientation no-shows without prior notice will be dropped from inbounding membership or will only be only rescheduled at the discretion of the Board and Officers. A missed session is NON-REFUNDABLE. When allowed to reschedule, the inbounding member will pay for the session A SECOND TIME.
INDIVIDUAL PERSONAL SESSIONS: At no time will LFGC create any special individual session for Orientation.
Examples of limited exceptions LFGC makes is for Linemen, DOT workers, etc, and in rare circumstances a reasonably verifiable medical or family emergency.
REMEDIAL SESSIONS: Any remedial sessions offered thereafter are done at the sole discretion of the Club Leadership and are not guaranteed. Remedial Sessions will be $45.00.
SNOWBIRD ORIENTATION SESSION: Orientation Session held THIRD SATURDAY IN MAY for inbound members that reside during the winter season in warmer climates. To enroll in this session, LFGC reserves the right to verify seasonal addresses. In some limited circumstances, Officers and Directors may make exceptions prior to enrollment for others.
THE SNOWBIRD SESSION IS NOT AN ALTERNATE SCHEDULING CHOICE TO THE FOUR OTHER SESSIONS. Nor will they be treated as such.
